In November 2021, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration formulated the "E-Cigarette Management Measures", which will be officially implemented on May 1, 2022, which clearly prohibits the sale of flavored vapes other than tobacco flavors and vapes that can add atomizers by themselves. In the "E-Cigarette Management Measures", it is also clearly stated that the sale of vape products to minors is prohibited.
